Jeremy Renner has reached a divorce settlement with Sonni Pacheco.
The 'Hurt Locker' star, who split from the Canadian model in December after 10 months of marriage, reportedly came to a custody and child support agreement following a bitter battle over their two-year-old daughter, Ava Berlin Renner, in court on Wednesday (04.01.15).
Jeremy will continue to share 50/50 custody with Sonni, who will receive $13,000 a month to care for the toddler, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
The 23-year-old beauty, who accused the 43-year-old actor of stealing her passport, birth certificate and social security card after their split late last year, will not receive any spousal support as per the former couple's prenuptial agreement.
Sonni was originally seeking primary custody of Ava, claiming Jeremy's house wasn't safe for a small child.
Their settlement comes just days after the 'Kill the Messenger' star claimed his estranged wife was blackmailing him over the release of intimate videos.
A source previously claimed the actor was "devastated" when Sonni filed for divorce.
The insider also insisted he had given her everything she wanted and started paying child support as soon as she moved out of their home.
