Taylor Swift threw a surprise birthday party for her best friend from high school on Saturday night (04.04.15).
The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker, who moved to Nashville, Tennessee, at the age of 14, marked her friend Abigail's 25th birthday by organising a surprise performance from Chris Carrabba, the lead singer and guitarist of Dashboard Confessional, Abigail's favourite band.
Taylor documented the occasion in three separate videos posted on Instagram.
In the first video, she can be seen alongside the birthday girl saying: "One thing that I think is really important that you know, if you don't already know this - a lot of you probably know this - her favourite all time band in high school and still is Dashboard Confessional."
In the second video, Taylor asks: "I'm just asking a random question. Do we have anyone here named Chris Carrabba? Is there a Chris Carrabba? Is there?"
At that point, Chris, 39, reveals himself to the crowd, prompting loud cheers from everyone in attendance.
In the final video, Taylor and Abigail - who has been credited as the inspiration for Taylor's song 'Fifteen' - are seen singing along to Chris' music.
